In most cases I will gladly offer a refund / exchange, however, for hygiene reasons there are a couple of restrictions in place; product must still be in a saleable condition (unopened, with all packaging / hygiene seals in tact) & returned to store within 14 days of purchase. If item is not in a resalable condition a refund will not be honoured. Approved refunds will be credited to the original method of payment. Please note shipping costs can not be refunded.

In the unlikely event you receive a faulty item, we will happily replace the item or offer a full refund if replacement is unavailable.

One Being is not responsible for any reactions or irritations a product may cause. However, your skin health is my priority, so in the rare event of an adverse reaction please contact healings@onebeing.com.au to confirm if the correct products were purchased for you skin & if a full refund will be honoured.
